Motivation
The quality of communication is determined by: $Q_{c} = \int (K, P, t)$.
$K$ is how much knowledge you have, $P$ is how much you practice on your knowledge and $t$ is your inherent talent. Note that $t$ is rather small, what does matter is what you know.
For example, if you are skilled at skiing, you must do a better job in a ski resort than a Olympic vault champion, because you have the knowledge and practice while he only have the talent.
